Onion Rings
Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- Salt and pepper
- Canola or vegetable oil
Batter
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1-1/2 cups beer
Directions
- Slice onions
- In pan, fry onions in oil until both sides are slightly browned
- Cool in fridge
- Separate into rings after cool
- Toss onion rings in 1 cup flour
- Dip into batter
- Fry in vegetable oil (350°) flipping once, for a total of about 3 min
