Puppy Chow

Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rice Chex or Corn Chex
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butterscotch
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar

Directions

  • Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
  • In microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter uncovered on High for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 30 second increments until mixture can be stirred and smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla
  • Pour mixture over cereal stirring until evenly coated
  • Pour into large container add powdered sugar and stir or shake until well coated.
