Crunch Bars
Servings: 18 bars
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- ¾ cup Rice Krispies
Directions
- Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 20 second increments until smooth.
- Add cereal to melted chocolate, stir until combined.
- Pour and smooth in you prepared 8 inch pan.
- Place in freezer to cool for 10-15 minutes. Remove from freezer and allow to thaw. Cut into bars.
