Crunch Bars


Servings: 18 bars

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • ¾ cup Rice Krispies

Directions

  • Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 20 second increments until smooth.
  • Add cereal to melted chocolate, stir until combined.
  • Pour and smooth in you prepared 8 inch pan.
  • Place in freezer to cool for 10-15 minutes. Remove from freezer and allow to thaw. Cut into bars.
