Scotcheroos

Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 12 oz bag butterscotch chips
- 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Grease 9x13 pan.
- Place cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour mixture over rice and stir until evenly coated.
- Press mixture into pan.
- Place chocolate and butterscotch chips in a bown, microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until chips are melted and smooth.
- Spread topping over bars.
- Allow to cool then cut into bars.
