Chicken Strips with Honey Mustard
Ingredients
Honey Mustard
- 1 part honey
- 1 part mustard
- 2 part mayo
- dash of salt and pepper
Strips
- Chicken
- Pretzel rods (10)
- 2 tsp sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Make honey mustard sauce.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Marinate for 5 minutes in some of the honey mustard.
- Crush pretzel rods.
- Add sugar to crushed rods
- Coat chicken with pretzels.
- Place on sprayed tinfoil lined pan. Bake 20 minutes flipping halfway through.
