Crispy Chicken Wings
Servings: 18 wings / Total Time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce (Hickory BBQ)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, preferably Hickory Smoke Flavor
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Wash, dry and toss wings in dry mix
- Spray wire rack and place in cookie sheet
- Bake at 425° for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy
- Toss in sauce
