Crispy Chicken Wings


Servings: 18 wings / Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Sauce (Hickory BBQ)

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce, preferably Hickory Smoke Flavor
  • 1⁄2 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  • Wash, dry and toss wings in dry mix
  • Spray wire rack and place in cookie sheet
  • Bake at 425° for 35-40 minutes, turning occasionally until crispy
  • Toss in sauce
