Orange Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds
- Orange sauce
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Dry Mix
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper
Dredge
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 3 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Thin as needed with additional water
Directions
- Cut chicken into chunks
- Roll in dry mix, then in dredge
- Fry chicken in batches until golden and crispy, 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- Top with sesame seeds and/or green onion
