Pretzel Chicken


Ingredients

  • Chicken strips
  • Bag pretzel rods
  • 2 tsp sugar

Honey Mustard

  • 1 part honey
  • 1 part mustard
  • 2 part mayo
  • dash with salt / pepper

Directions

  • Cut chicken into strips
  • Marinade for 5 minutes in honey mustard
  • Crush pretzel rods (about 10)
  • Add 2 tsp sugar to crushed rods
  • Coat chicken with pretzely goodness
  • Put on tinfoil covered baking sheet (spray with non-stick shit)
  • Bake at 375 for 20 minutes flipping halfway
