Salmon Prep (4 filets)
- Debone
- Remove skin
- Chop fine
- Drain moisture
Mixture
- One onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- Garnish: Pepper and parsely
Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Franks
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp dill
Directions
- Cook on flattop
- Make balls (heh heh)
- Olive oil grill top
- Use burger press to make patties
- Flip once, cook until 160°
