Salmon Patties


Salmon Prep (4 filets)

  • Debone
  • Remove skin
  • Chop fine
  • Drain moisture

Mixture

  • One onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • Garnish: Pepper and parsely

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Franks
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill

Directions

  • Cook on flattop
  • Make balls (heh heh)
  • Olive oil grill top
  • Use burger press to make patties
  • Flip once, cook until 160°
