Ribs


Servings: 8 / Total Time: 1 hr 50 minutes / Bake at: 300 degrees

Ingredients

4 pounds baby back pork ribs 2/3 cup water 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 300°
  • Place ribs in a roasting pan.
  • Pour water and red wine vinegar mixture over ribs and cover with foil
  • Bake about 40 minutes.
  • Baste the ribs with the juices and continue baking until ribs are done (~ 140°)
  • Preheat grill for high heat
  • Lightly oil grill. Transfer ribs to grill and blacken surfaces (flip as needed). Baste ribs generously with sauce
