Ribs

Ingredients
4 pounds baby back pork ribs
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°
- Place ribs in a roasting pan.
- Pour water and red wine vinegar mixture over ribs and cover with foil
- Bake about 40 minutes.
- Baste the ribs with the juices and continue baking until ribs are done (~ 140°)
- Preheat grill for high heat
- Lightly oil grill. Transfer ribs to grill and blacken surfaces (flip as needed). Baste ribs generously with sauce
