BBQ Sauce - Sweet
Makes 8 12-oz bottles
Ingredients
- 4 cups - Ketchup
- 2 cups - Cider Vinegar
- 1-1/3 cups - Worcestishire
- 1 cup - Mustard
- 16 tbsp (melted) - Butter
- 4 cups - Brown Sugar
- 4 tsp - Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 1/4 cup - Corn Starch
Directions
- Bring to a boil
- Stir in corn starch slurry, kill heat.
- Let cool and bottle.
