Erics Asian Glaze
Ingredients
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 100g soy sauce
- 15g oyster sauce
- 25g hoison sauce
- 10g rice vinegar
- 40g honey
- 3g sesame oil
- 60g brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
Directions
- Mix ingredients and bring to boil
- At boil, stir in corn starch slurry (1.5 Tbsp)
- When starts to re-boil, kill heat, move pan to cool surface and stir
