Erics Asian Glaze


Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 100g soy sauce
  • 15g oyster sauce
  • 25g hoison sauce
  • 10g rice vinegar
  • 40g honey
  • 3g sesame oil
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions

  • Mix ingredients and bring to boil
  • At boil, stir in corn starch slurry (1.5 Tbsp)
  • When starts to re-boil, kill heat, move pan to cool surface and stir
